The home is new but the clients wanted it to look like a heritage home. BBID incorporated modern amenities with historic design features using timeless materials. The clients wanted private spaces for their children to live or visit. The lower floor was designed as a secondary suite and the laneway home provided another separate living space. Functionality throughout the home was created with well thought out custom millwork and storage solutions on every level. At the back of the home we connected the outside living area with a retractible glass wall. The result is a historic looking home but with many modern luxury features to keep the whole family happy.
