Retreat on 1st St

The client resides in Montreal and purchased this condo as a secondary retreat for visits with her grandchildren. The original floor plan had many awkward angles and a very tight entrance, making it feel smaller than it was. With only 840 total square feet it was imperative to get the floor plan as open as possible, with maximum storage. The client was thorough in her organizational needs and had a list of specific requirements. She was thrilled with the storage solutions we came up with as well as the clean efficient design for the condo. The client can have lunch at the kitchen bar with her grandchildren during the day, and then a glass of wine at the window bar overlooking the view in the evening.
