Retreat on First Street

Retreat on First Street is a smaller space but packs a punch! While The client resides in Montreal, she decided to purchase this condo as a secondary retreat for visits with her grandchildren. Originally, the floor plan had many awkward angles and a very tight entrance, making it feel smaller than it was. Moreover, with only 840 total square feet it was imperative to get the floor plan as open as possible, with maximum storage. In addition, the client was thorough in her organizational needs and had a list of specific requirements. She was thrilled with the storage solutions Beyond Beige Interior Design provided. As well as the clean efficient design for the condo. For this purpose, the client can have lunch at the kitchen bar with her grandchildren during the day, and then a glass of wine at the window bar overlooking the view in the evening. Beyond Beige Interior Design wanted Retreat on First Street to be a comfortable space with different areas to accommodate the client. Understanding that this space was smaller, Beyond Beige Interior Design utilized a variety of different decor and furniture to make the condo look larger than it actually was. The team understands the need for space and will use different designs tactics to create the vision of your dreams. Vancouver Interior Designer, Reisa Pollard loved creating a sanctuary for the client to have her family over. In conclusion, the client was thrilled with the outcome and the services Beyond Beige Interior Design provided.
