Georgia on My Mind

Located high above the center of Vancouver, "Georgia On My Mind" is a luxurious sub-penthouse renovation offering breathtaking, 60th-floor views of the mountains and water. After living internationally, the clients chose to settle in the heart of downtown but found their new residence felt entirely "builder basic." Wanting to elevate the space without a complete gut, they engaged our Vancouver interior design firm to add necessary layers of luxury while preserving the foundational architectural bones of the condo.

To infuse the residence with a sleek, modern aesthetic and touches of international glamour, we focused on high-impact architectural features. Rather than hiding structural elements, the living room columns were transformed into deliberate focal points using LED light-infused wallpaper, providing beautiful ambient lighting in the evenings. The traditional entry closet was completely reimagined by removing the walls to create a striking glass wine room anchored by an LED-backlit stone panel, which brilliantly completes the look of the adjacent bar areas.

Led by top Vancouver interior designer Reisa Pollard, every detail was carefully curated to maximize spatial flow and visual impact. To resolve the unique proportions of the high-rise layout, we created bespoke, custom-scaled furniture tailored perfectly to the specific dimensions of each room. The final result is a pinnacle of luxury interior design in Vancouver—a highly sophisticated, internationally inspired retreat that is as stunning as its panoramic views.
