Located along the breathtaking waterfront of Vancouver, BC, "Magnificent on Marine Drive" is a transformative home renovation that evolved from a minor upgrade into a bespoke "forever home". Initially hesitant about their long-term plans, the clients approached our team for comprehensive interior design services to manage a modest refresh. However, after experiencing our comprehensive design vision, the project expanded into a masterclass in luxury, convincing them to permanently anchor themselves in this spectacular space.

To honor the home's original architectural "bones," we intentionally retained foundational elements like the existing flooring and kitchen layout. We then elevated the space by introducing highly curated, dramatic focal points—including bespoke built-in millwork, textured wallpaper, striking lit onyx, and architectural 3D tile. Crucially, the design also seamlessly integrates aging-in-place features, providing essential functionality without compromising the residence's sophisticated aesthetic.

Led by top Vancouver interior designer Reisa Pollard, the aesthetic draws profound inspiration from the spectacular oceanfront surroundings. To complete this West Coast vision, we custom-designed furniture that echoes the natural landscape, blending warm wood textures with serene water tones. The final result is a cohesive sanctuary that transcends fleeting interior design trends, brilliantly capturing the essence of a modern ocean palace.
